Client Service Representative

 

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn, contribute results, and be exposed to a wide range of activities including maintaining existing client relationships, managing escalating issues that may arise, and be responsible for account support for several of our clients.

 

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is mature, dynamic, intelligent, eager to learn as they go, and can be motivated by working in an entrepreneurial environment.

 

Position Description:

  • Assist in the management and support of existing client base
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding account questions and / or issues
  • Coordinate necessary processing changes needed for merchants-customers, such as bank changes, etc.
  • Work with processors to research issues pertaining to merchant accounts
  • Work with merchant customers to maintain their business
  • Provide rate reviews for merchant-customers

Position Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Patience with customers
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self motivated, determined, and professional
  • Must be a team player and take direction well
  • Some higher education preferred
  • Less than one year experience
